The 2015 Rolex Fastnet

13 Sigma 38 have provisional places for this classic offshore race for which the yacht was originally designed almost 30 years ago. The lucky ones are Galliver II, Gauntlet, Inspiration, Mouflon Noir, Pandanova, Persephone, Red Coat, Rho, Machismo, Sam, Vitesse, With Alacrity and Yoda with a number on the waiting list. However getting a place is only the first and probably the easiest step. The Rolex Fastnet is not a race for novices, crews and boats must be prepared for severe weather, large and confused seas and strong winds. The race itself is a culmination of many months of preparation and planning. The Class Association has appointed Stormforce Coaching as our training partner so class members can take advantage of discounted training.
